Meaghan Tatulli of Meaghan’s Healthy Habits LLC is a nationally recognized registered dietitian nutritionist, who has helped inspired hundreds of people to eat healthy and improve their overall wellness.
She graduated from Montclair State in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, and completed her studies at New York – Presbyterian Hospital. Meaghan is currently a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the American Diabetes Association.
Prior to starting her private practice as a clinical dietitian in 2005, Meaghan worked at Chilton Memorial Hospital and the Visiting Nurse Association of Morris County. Since 2015, Meaghan has privately counseled clients for weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders, as well as other various medical conditions, by customizing personal meal plans for each client.
Meaghan has participated in numerous community events and lectures over the past decade, including guest appearances on Radio Station WDHA. Meaghan is also known for developing Meaghan’s Meals alongside Chef Michael Schmidt, the former owner of the Mountain Lakes Pantry. Together they created a line of healthy spa-like cuisine, which meals were customized for each client’s dietary requirement.
Meaghan resides with her husband and three children in Montville, NJ for the past 27 years.
