• Vitamin D is often referred to as the “Sunshine Vitamin,  acting more like a hormone than a vitamin, regulating many cells and organs in your body.

• Antacids/ Ulcer Meds/ Steroidal Anti-Inflammatories / Anti-convulsants

Active Ingredients

• 5000 IU Vitamin D3; Cholecalciferol; derived from Lanolin

Directions

• Before initial use, activate the pump by pressing 2 – 4 times. Always shake gently before use and spray directly into mouth, on the inside of each cheek, hold, then swallow. Suggested use: 4 sprays, twice a day, or wait a few seconds and repeat 4 sprays.
• Dose Adjustable for any prescribed dosing; each spray = 625 IU 2 sprays- 1250 IU/ 4 sprays 2500 IU/ 6 sprays-3750/ 8 sprays- 5000IU (240 sprays)
