Follow up appointments occur within seven to ten days of initial consultation. A follow-up discussion focusing on the client's success in previously discussed behavioral modification techniques and overall compliance with the meal plan. Obtain current weight, BMI, the percentage of body fat versus the percentage of body muscle, visceral fat, resting metabolic calories, body age, and mental well being focused on the body.
A video chat based follow-up discussion for college students and clients that live out of state. Video chat follow ups via FaceTime or Skype focus on the client's success in previously discussed behavioral modification techniques and overall compliance with the meal plan. Obtain current weight, BMI, the percentage of body fat versus the percentage of body muscle, visceral fat, resting metabolic calories, body age, and mental well being focused on the body.
