"I first met Meaghan over 7 years ago through a group exercise studio when I was struggling to lose 15-20 lbs. Hi, my name is Alana Recchia and I have been a client of Meaghans for over a year. When I started seeing Meg I was busting out of a size 10 and now I wear a 4/6. I had been trying to lose weight for five years but kept gaining instead. I was exercising and playing tennis every week. I really thought that something was wrong, but every doctor I went to said I just need to work out a lot more. Then I went to a nutritionist who swore I would lose weight on the program. My husband lost 25 pounds while I only lost 1 pound in 8 weeks. I was getting very depressed and didn't know what to do, and then a friend told me about Meaghan. "Meaghan's Plan has changed my life.
I always thought of myself as being in good shape. I worked out every day and ate sensibly and was very conscientious of what I was putting in my mouth. However, I was never happy with the way I looked. I always knew I had a couple of pounds to lose, but never thought I could get them off, because I was already doing everything right. So I resigned myself to this is what I was supposed to look like.
